My role: Digital design, creating and presenting physical and digital activation decks for partners, brainstorming, training & mentoring juniors, device testing x96, creation of best practice usability guidelines, implement acknowledgment of country statements across digital products. Develop EDM digital marketing strategy, create best practice guidelines, improve accessibility, design and develop hundreds of email marketing campaign and social media assets prior to and during the AO2020 tennis season.
Expanding the show-stopping email marketing campaign to organic and paid social media campaigns and story assets, further boosting engagement.
