At the core of all engaging content and strategy, is excellent design.
I have spent many years honing my skills, and absolutely love both visual design and digital strategy. As a visual artist, I am attracted to deeply moving environments; I always seek out strange angles and am intuitively drawn to consider the unique perspectives of others.
Being a deeply creative person by nature also affords me empathetic learning, listening and training styles.
It is imperative to embrace change and be comfortable in a state of constant evolution. I love flux, and I'm comfortable coaching others to embrace it and develop flexible, versatile approaches. I am proud to work teams who champion inclusivity and diversity that in turn encourages many styles of collaborative learning and development.
